But you may have to pay the price for cheating by gain your weight again. Sounds Easy, but the price you have to pay is too high, right? Let’s forget it and go for the second option.
The second option you can easily make your own Healthy Burrito! Yeah, it is simple and satisfying. The filling for the burrito is not a problem at all. But, how about the Tortilla wrap?
Well, it is easy, Let’s make the keto version of tortilla wraps at home!
I must say this is one of my secret recipes while I used my weight-loss journey. Yeah, it is a magic weight-loss recipe. you can make some healthy snacks using the same recipe.

Like you can have this healthy and delish Keto Beef Burrito With Egg & Cheese Tortilla Wraps.
Okay, let’s make, Healthy Burritos.
- Minced Beef 200g
- 1/2 cup of beef stock
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 Tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2tsp hot sauce.
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 1/2Cup of Cabbage
- 1/4 cup of mushroom
- 1/2 cup Of chopped asparagus
- 1/2tsp of garlic powder or finely crushed garlic clove
- 1 bey leaf
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of pepper
- 4tbsp of butter
- 1tap of Italian Seasoning/oregano (not essential)
- 30g mozzarella cheese
- 20g cream cheese
- 2 Egg
- pinch of salt
How to Make Healthy Buritto with Cheese Wraps
Let’s make Keto cheese wraps first,
- Melt The Mozzarella Cheese.
- Blend The 2 Eggs, Mozzarella And Cream Cheese Well.
- Add Salt To Taste And Mix All Together
- Then apply a Thin Layer Of Butter to the saucepan. ( Do this on medium heat)
- Now, take a tablespoon and pour 2 tablespoons of mixture on to the Saucepan and spread the mixture circularly until it gets thinner. Cook both sides.
- Do the same from the rest of the mixture
- Put the leftover in the refrigerator for later use.
Okay, Now Keto cheese wraps are ready. Also, you can make Keto Pasta From the same mixture and the same procedure.
Here are the recipe and the procedure.
Let’s make the filling for Low carb healthy burrito.
- Preheat oven 180C
With two tablespoons of butter and 1 crushed garlic clove or garlic powder, bey leaf and Fry up the minced Beef.
When the minced Beef is starting to turn light brown add Mushroom and fry further few minutes until mushrooms turn light brown. ( If mushrooms fried and got crunchy it will give the right and the perfect taste to burritos.)
Then, add Cabbage and Italian seasoning or oregano. Fry them for 2 minutes.
After all ingredients cooked well, add Beef stock, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce and mix well. Let it reduce on high heat.
When the Mixture got thicken add the asparagus in another pan with 2 Tablespoons of butter. Fry on high heat until its blistered. Then put it on medium heat.
After cooked all, take one egg and cheese tortilla and put one lettuce on it then put the beef mixture and fried Asparagus on the top. Roll this and serve hot.
- Do the same for the other three keto egg and cheese tortilla wraps.
