This is th next exercise which consist of bass tones and open tones. Again you’ll have to do each exercise for 15 minutes. Begin with your metronome at the speed of 90. After 5 minutes raise to 100, play for 5 minutes and then end with 5 minutes at the speed of 110. Doing this with each pattern you play for 45 minutes. After a week begin at the speed of 100 and end at 120. Next week begin at 110 and end at 130, this way you continue and continue,,,,,,
